Suit for discrimination and retaliation under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 brought by employee of defendant's hospital who is a breast cancer and leukopenia survivor, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff was not subject to an adverse employment action, not disabled and that the hospital had not retaliated against her.
