Thomas v. Cooper Lighting, Inc., 07-10233

In suit alleging retaliation for filing a sexual harassment complaint, summary judgment for defendant employer is affirmed where plaintiff failed to present evidence from which a reasonable jury could find any causal connection between filing her complaint and the termination of her employment three months later.
