Morrissette-Brown v. Mobile Infirmary Med. Ctr., 06-14082

In suit alleging religious discrimination in employment, summary judgment for defendant employer is affirmed over challenges to the district court's findings that: 1) plaintiff was not terminated and was still employed by defendant after a key meeting; and 2) the hospital reasonably accommodated her religious beliefs and observances.
