Denial of Emergency Motion for Preliminary Injunction to Stay Execution in section 1983 suit challenging the constitutionality of Alabama's lethal injection protocol is reversed, and the execution is stayed, pending the Supreme Court's resolution of Baze v. Rees, after which the district court shall reconsider its decision in light of any guidance provided in the Supreme Court's disposition of that case.
