United States Eleventh Circuit

US v. Delancy, 06-13718

Denial of defendant's motion to suppress the drugs, weapons, and cash found when police searched a home rented by his girlfriend, is affirmed as the district court properly denied the motion to suppress since the girlfriend voluntarily consented to the search of her home and her consent was not tainted by the sweep.
