Conviction and sentence based on guilty plea to firearm and methamphetamine charges, district court's finding that government's failure to file a second mandatory life sentence enhancement notice under 21 U.S.C. section 851(a)(1) deprived it of jurisdiction to do so is reversed where the original notice was effective, and the district court had jurisdiction to enhance the sentence.
