Hudson v. Int'l Computer Negotiations, Inc., 06-15932
Denial of sanctions under 28 U.S.C. section 1927 against plaintiffs' attorneys and law firms for their conduct in representing a plaintiff in a wrongful discharge suit against defendant is affirmed where: 1) the attorney conduct in this case was not so egregious that it was tantamount to bad faith; and 2) the district court did not have jurisdiction to consider appellate attorneys' fees under section 1927.
