Gordon v. U.S., 05-16703

In case where petitioner pleaded guilty to engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise and conspiracy to import cocaine, petitioner's counsel did not render ineffective assistance by neglecting to object to two alleged errors of the district court: 1) a failure to inform petitioner of the nature of the charges to which he was pleading; and 2) a failure to address petitioner personally concerning his right to allocute.
