Rosensweig v. Morgan Stanley & Co., 05-15325

In suit arising from plaintiff's termination as a securities broker at defendant firm, orders confirming award of an arbitration panel in plaintiff's favor and directing expungement of plaintiff's regulatory record are affirmed over claims that arbitrators committed misconduct by refusing to hear evidence about certain computer disks that contained the client data, and that the expungement order was contrary to public policy.
