United States Eleventh Circuit
Martin v. Pahiakos, 06-11209
District court's affirmance of the bankruptcy court's order finding plaintiff bound by its previous orders compelling and then approving the bankruptcy trustee-s settlement of a state court action brought against him by defendant is affirmed as the doctrine of res judicata precludes plaintiff from re-litigating the defenses waived in the settlement agreement and considered at the appropriate time by the bankruptcy court.
