Daytona Grand, Inc. v. City of Daytona Beach, 06-12022

In case involving the constitutionality of several zoning and public nudity ordinances adopted by defendant city to regulate adult theaters, order upholding zoning ordinances but striking down nudity ordinances is reversed as to the nudity ordinances where the City has carried its evidentiary burden of establishing their constitutionality because the ordinances further substantial government interests.
