Convictions and sentences for kidnapping, robbery, and carjacking are affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court improperly admitted supplemental opinions of a fingerprint expert; 2) the district court improperly denied him the right to call a witness to testify in person; 3) an in-court identification was improper; 4) there was insufficient evidence of carjacking; 5) the court erred in denying defendant's final motion for a continuance; and 6) sentencing enhancements were in error for otherwise using a firearm, for conduct not alleged or proven, and for conduct for which he was acquitted.
