US v. Taylor, 06-13139

Conviction and sentence based on guilty plea to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon is affirmed where the district court correctly found that defendant had three prior convictions for a violent felony and adjudicated him to be an armed career criminal under section 924(e)(1) of the Armed Career Criminal Act.
