Order decertifying plaintiffs' collective action alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, severing defendants, and granting summary judgment for defendant is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court applied an incorrect standard for determining whether the opt-in and named plaintiffs are similarly situated; and 2) 29 U.S.C. section 203(o) is inapplicable as it does not address the donning/doffing of the protective clothing at issue.
