Skop v. City of Atlanta, 06-14294

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 wrongful arrest and malicious prosecution suit against two police officers and their employer, summary judgment for defendants is reversed with respect to the arresting officer where the officer did not have probable cause or arguable probable cause for the arrest and the plaintiff's right was clearly established. Grant of qualified immunity to the city and the officer's supervisor is affirmed.
