In a suit alleging a violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, judgment for the defendant-school board is affirmed where: 1) the school Board complied with the IDEA by implementing the student's individualized education plan during the pendency of the proceedings initiated by the student; and 2) the student was provided with some educational benefit.
