United States Eleventh Circuit

Velazquez v. City of Hialeah, 05-13157

In civil rights action alleging police used excessive force on plaintiff after he was handcuffed during his drunk driving arrest, summary judgment for defendant is reversed as the district court's holding that plaintiff could not prove which officer actually inflicted his injuries is based upon an erroneous view of the law.
