Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, are affirmed over defendant's claims of error regarding: 1) Rule 16, Fed.R.Crim.P.; 2) exclusion of evidence; 3) improper vouching by the prosecution; 3) rejection of a minor role adjustment; and 4) imposition of an importation enhancement under U.S.S.G. section 2D1.1(b)(4).
