Collier v. Dickinson, 06-12614

In putative class action against executive-level officials at the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles for selling personal information provided by plaintiffs for their drivers' licenses and/or vehicle registrations to mass marketers in violation of the Driver Privacy Protection Act, dismissal of complaint is reversed to the extent defendants are not entitled to qualified immunity on certain claims asserting a violation of the DPPA.
