United States Eleventh Circuit
US v. Madison, 06-11914
Conviction and sentence based on guilty plea to sex trafficking of children by force, fraud, or coercion, and conspiracy to transport a minor for purposes of prostitution, are affirmed over claim that the district court erred by applying the cross-reference provision in U.S.S.G. section 2G1.3(c)(3), addressing prostitution of a minor, which caused it to use U.S.S.G. section 2A3.1, addressing criminal sexual abuse.
