United States Eleventh Circuit

Order confirming an arbitral award in a dispute between plaintiff Panamanian corporation and defendant Bermudian corporation is affirmed over plaintiff's claims that: 1) the Shareholders' Agreement, under which the dispute arose, is void; and 2) the arbitrators adjudicated a controversy not submitted to them by ordering plaintiff to discontinue foreign litigation against corporate affiliates of defendant and its officers.
