United States Eleventh Circuit

Tobin v. Michigan Mut. Ins. Corp., 03-12737, 03-12738, 03-12739

In cases involving claims by plaintiffs, who leased vehicles from Ford, for insurance coverage for automobile accidents with uninsured drivers, grant of judgment for defendant insurer is affirmed as the district court correctly reformed the policy and correctly rejected plaintiffs' contention that they are entitled to uninsured motorist coverage under section 627.727 of the Florida Statutes.
