US v. Evans, 06-10907

Convictions for enticing a minor to engage in a commercial sex act and enticing a minor to engage in prostitution are affirmed over defendant's challenge to the constitutionality of the criminal statutes under which he was convicted as applied to his purely local actions and the sufficiency of the stipulated facts to satisfy the jurisdictional interstate-commerce elements of the offenses.
