United States Eleventh Circuit

US v. Turner, 05-14388

240-month sentence based on conviction of multiple offenses arising out of defendant's role in the six-figure theft from a U.S. Post Office is affirmed over claims that the district court erred by admitting hearsay testimony, in violation of Bruton v. US, 391 U.S. 123 (1968), and that her sentence, which was above the Sentencing Guidelines advisory range, was unreasonable.
