Odili v. U.S. Parole Comm'n, 05-12717

The U.S. Parole Commission's determination regarding defendant's foreign sentence, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 4106A, for possession of illegal drugs is affirmed over claims that the commission: 1) improperly failed to give him a mitigating role adjustment; 2) erroneously increased the applicable supervised release term; 3) improperly made drug quantity findings; and 4) applied the guidelines as mandatory.
