Judgment for defendant, and affirmance of bankruptcy court's determination that plaintiff could not bring a subrogation claim against defendant in bankruptcy proceedings under either the Bankruptcy Code or state law, is affirmed as plaintiff is not entitled to subrogation for its payment of judgments on which both defendant and plaintiff were jointly and severally liable.
