United States Eleventh Circuit
Burr & Forman v. Blair, 04-15585, 05-14955
In dispute over attorney fees awarded after settlement of mass tort litigation, district court's denial of the attorney fees claim and enjoining of defendants from prosecuting a breach of contract action against plaintiff law firm, is reversed as the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to adjudicate the claim and to enter the injunction.
