Scott v. Taylor, 05-14409

Dismissal of complaint challenging Act No. 401 of the 2002 Session of the Georgia General Assembly, which adopted a new voting district map for the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners, on the grounds that the Act violates equal protection, is affirmed over claim that the district court erred in dismissing the case for lack of standing.
