Mitchell v. Hillsborough County, 05-12207
In case alleging plaintiff's employment by the county was terminated in retaliation for exercising his First Amendment rights, judgment for defendant is affirmed where distasteful comments made by plaintiff during a public meeting did not touch on a matter of public concern and, in any event, defendant county was justified in terminating plaintiff's employment.
