CP v. Leon County Sch. Bd. Florida, 05-15769

Judgment for defendant, in case where plaintiff-emotionally disabled student's claims were denied under the IDEA, is affirmed over principal claim that the district court erred in ruling that the School Board properly complied with the -stay-put- provision of the IDEA, by maintaining plaintiff's then-current placement, his mainstream high school IEP, through the 2003-04 school year.
