United States Eleventh Circuit

US v. Bradberry, 06-11757

Conviction and 14-month sentence for possession of a firearm in a school zone is affirmed over claims that the district court erred: 1) in admitting, under Rule 403, Fed. R. Ev., evidence relating to the Maysville Soldiers gang; and 2) by applying an obstruction of justice enhancement, under U.S.S.G. section 3C1.1, on the ground that defendant suborned perjury.
