Dismissal of habeas petition as untimely is affirmed where petitioner appealed his conviction to the Georgia Court of Appeals, but not to the Supreme Court of Georgia, thus making his conviction final 10 days after the Georgia Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction, and his petition was, thus, not filed within a year after his conviction became final.
