United States Eleventh Circuit
Davis v. Terry, 04-13371
Denial of habeas petition, filed by death row inmate, is affirmed over claims that newly discovered evidence indicates both that he did not receive a fair trial and that, under the standard set forth in Schlup v. Delo, 513 U.S. 298 (1995), he is actually innocent of murdering one of the victims, a police officer.
