60-month sentence based on guilty plea, in prominent corporate fraud case, to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and securities fraud, falsification of financial information filed with the S.E.C., and wire fraud, is affirmed over claim that sentence was unreasonable because, contrary to 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a)(6), the district court did not consider sentences given to other defendants in related proceedings.
