Motion for a stay of execution and expedited appeal of dismissal of petitioner death row inmate's pending civil rights action in which he alleges that the particular three-drug lethal injection method used by Florida to carry out executions constitute violations and threatened violations of his rights under the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments, is denied as petitioner does not meet standard for injunctive relief.
