United States Eleventh Circuit
Zocaras v. Castro, 05-16982
Dismissal of case with prejudice under Rules 11 and 41(b), Fed. R. Civ. Pro., where the plaintiff filed and litigated his complaint under a false name, is affirmed as courts must be able to preserve the integrity of the judicial process and a party who files suit under a false name and proceeds with that deception right up to trial loses the right to seek judicial relief for the claims he was advancing.
