US v. Soreide, 05-12559

In an ancillary action following a preliminary order of criminal forfeiture of defendant's husband's interest in certain property, summary judgment for plaintiff is affirmed over claims that the district court erred as: 1) at the time of the acts giving rise to the forfeitures, defendant held an ownership interest in at least some portion of each of the properties superior to her husband's interest; or, alternatively, 2) she was a bona fide purchaser for value of at least some portion of each of the properties.
