US v. O'Keefe, 05-11924

Convictions for receipt, advertisement, and possession of child pornography, are affirmed over claims that: 1) the government improperly used defendant's post-arrest silence for impeachment purposes in violation of his Fifth Amendment right to due process under Doyle v. Ohio, 426 U.S. 610 (1976); and 2) the government engaged in prosecutorial misconduct.
