Denial of habeas petition challenging conviction and death sentence is affirmed over claims that: 1) petitioner suffered prejudice in violation of Brady v. Maryland, 83 S.Ct. 1194 (1963); 2) trial counsel was ineffective during the penalty phase; and 3) the evidence was legally insufficient to support the "especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel" aggravating circumstance.
