Denial of preliminary injunction to plaintiff and grant of summary judgment for defendant is reversed as to summary judgment where the district court relied solely upon its prior finding on the preliminary injunction motion that plaintiff lacked a trade secret, which finding was not the result of resolving all disputes and drawing all inferences in the light most favorable to plaintiff.
