US v. Woodard, 04-12056

Convictions for mail fraud and conspiracy to commit mail fraud and deprivation of honest services are affirmed over claims that the district court erred in: 1) failing to instruct the jury properly; 2) failing to direct a judgment of acquittal on the conspiracy charge; and 3) calculating the total loss amount and in ordering that restitution be paid to a city.
