Gray v. Bostic, 06-10216
Denial of defendants' motions for summary judgment based on qualified immunity, in case involving the detention and handcuffing of a nine-year-old student during her physical education class, is affirmed as to plaintiff's illegal seizure claim against defendant in his individual capacity, and is reversed as to excessive force claims brought against defendant Sheriff.
