KH Outdoor, LLC v. City of Trussville, 05-12598

Entry of permanent injunction against defendant city, barring it from enforcing a section of its sign ordinance, is affirmed over claims that plaintiff does not have standing, and that even if it does, the ordinance is a constitutional, content-neutral regulation.
