Tippitt v. Reliance Standard Life Ins. Co., 05-14005

Judgment for defendants in action for wrongful denial of ERISA benefits is reversed where the district court must make additional findings of fact and complete crucial steps in its review in order to determine whether plaintiff is totally disabled and thereby eligible for benefits under the plan.
