US v. Houston, 04-16524

Convictions for armed robbery and felon in possession charges are affirmed over claim of racially discrminatory use of peremptory challenges based on Batson, however, 384-month sentence is vacated based on Booker where neither the judge's statements at sentencing nor the ultimate sentence imposed indicate what the judge would have done if not bound by the U.S.S.G.
