Denial of habeas petition challenging death sentence is affirmed over claims that: 1) trial counsel was ineffective for failure to object to statements made by the prosecutor in closing argument; and 2) trial counsel was ineffective for failure to file a motion to suppress evidence contained in the house which constituted the murder scene.
