Burlison v. McDonald's Corp., 05-13991

Summary judgment for plaintiffs, in case involving terminated employees suing for age discrmination, is reversed where the district court's erroneous reading of the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act would require employers to provide uncalled for and unhelpful information to departing employees.
