Summary judgment for defendants and denial of plaintiff's motion to amend the judgment in a Family Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Florida Civil Rights Act suit are affirmed where no interference with FMLA rights occurred, there was no evidence of a causal link between protected activities and an adverse employment decision, and the arguments in plaintiff's motion were meritless.
