Summary judgment in favor of defendant is affirmed where plaintiffs, wheelchair patrons of defendant's historic landmark movie theater, could not meet their burden of production on the issue of whether their proposed modifications relating to wheelchair seating, were "readily achievable" under Title III of the ADA.
