US v. McGuinness, 05-10797

Sentence, supervised release, and fine imposed after guilty plea to escape is affirmed over claims that: 1) the two-level enhancement for obstruction of justice provided by USSG section 3C1.1 should not be applied where the underlying offense is escape; and 2) the fine should be vacated as defendant is unable to pay.
